Great front desk service!

We spent a night here and had a good time! Christy at the front desk was super friendly and helped us with everything. The location was convenient, and I loved getting hot coffee in the morning. Just wish the room was a bit cleaner, found some spots on the bed spread.

The room was clean, but the carpet in my room was sticky.

My stay exceeded my expectations! The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety. I loved the comfortable bed and the clean, spacious standard king room. I would definitely revisit!

Perfect for a family getaway

So I gotta say the rooms felt real clean which is a big deal for me. They had a nice breakfast setup where the staff was super friendly and even helped me find extra snacks for the kids during the stay.

Wasn't exactly dirt cheap but it still held up in value.

I spent two nights at the Holiday Inn Express in Trussville. Upon arrival, the staff greeted me warmly, which set a nice tone. The room was clean and featured comfortable bedding and a flat-screen TV. Enjoyed the Dove products in the bathroom. Breakfast had a great variety, especially those cinnamon rolls! However, I faced a couple of hiccups. The AC in my original room was broken and made it unbearable. The staff quickly moved me to another room, which was much cooler. Also, housekeeping seemed a bit disorganized. they took my dirty towels but didn’t replenish them, leaving me to seek fresh ones myself. The location is convenient but tricky to access from the main road. Overall, it was a decent experience, and I'm glad I chose this hotel, though there are definitely areas for improvement.

The front desk staff provided excellent service, particularly Christy, who was welcoming and attentive during my stay. I appreciated having hot coffee ready in the morning and the easy cancellation process for one of my reservations.

The room had some maintenance issues that detracted from the overall experience.

i really enjoyed my stay at holiday inn express. the check-in was smooth, and the room was spacious and extremely clean. the breakfast options were awesome, and the on-site fitness center was a nice touch. this hotel has a great location, too!
